We are delighted to be organising the tenth edition of E BIKE DAYS Munich, powered by Burgenland, together with you! Together we will once again provide visitors with a great e-bike experience

- Saturday, 24 April 10:00 a.m. – 07:00 a.m.
- Sunday, 25 April 10:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
- Early bird rate until 22 September 2025: €85/sqm
- Standard booking rate until 19 January 2026: €95/sqm
- Late booking rate from 20 January 2026: €105/sqm
- 230 V power connection: €160
- 16 A power connection: €350
- 32-A power connection: upon request
- Individual night guard (7 p.m. to 9 a.m.): €650/night
- 6 March 2026 or as soon as all pitches have been allocated (later bookings are only possible in exceptional cases)
- Wednesday, 21 April 2027, from 9:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.
- Thursday, 22 April 2027, from 9:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.
- Friday, 23 April 2027, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Stand dismantling may begin on Sunday, 25 April 2026, after approval by the EXPO manager (shortly after the end of the event). Access to the exhibitor area is also permitted after approval by the EXPO manager, usually approximately one hour after the end of the event. The dismantling of the stands must be completed by 12:00 pm on Monday, 26 April.
