Technique parcours

Framed by the Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz and the Olympic lake, the area around the terrace steps offers the perfect area for the SHIMANO technique course.

Through different levels with varying degrees of difficulty, the technique course offers both beginners and advanced riders the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their e-bike.

In addition, the experts from SHIMANO offer targeted riding technique training so that you can further improve your technical skills.

E-URBAN TEST TRACKS

Find your new e-bike for the city: on our urban route you can test extensively. Whether on straight paths or on the uphill – the urban test track powered by Specialized is diverse and therefore ideally suited for you to test.

  • Start and finish: West side of Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz / east side of the Olympic Stadium
  • Riding direction: clockwise

e-MTB Test tracks

(E-MTB ONLY, Sporty)

This route offers you optimal conditions for the E-MTB test. Collect altitude meters in the middle of the city and experience the terrific e-bike feeling as you effortlessly crest the Olympiaberg. Of course, you will find the latest E-MTBs at our exhibitors – just rent and go on an adventure.

  • Start and finish: West side of Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz / east side of the Olympic Stadium
  • Riding direction: clockwise

If you want to test e-bikes, there are some things that are essential to keep in mind:

Registration for the test drive

Please complete the registration form and pick up a wristband on site, which will allow you to borrow and test the device on site.

Identity document

Please bring a valid identity document.

Compulsory use of helmets

Helmets are compulsory! If you do not have your own helmet, our partner ABUS will provide rental helmets at the E BIKE DAYS info.

Designated tracks

Stay on designated and guided tracks.

Rules of the StVO (German Road Traffic Regulations)

Pay attention to the other visitors in the Olympic Park – the rules of the StVO (German Road Traffic Regulations) must be observed at all times.

Approach the product slowly

The handling of e-bikes differs from that of a normal bike – approach the product slowly and get advice from the experts at the exhibitor stands

Renting the test bikes

By borrowing the test bikes you accept the general test rules and the liability exclusion (disclaimer).
