We are looking forward to realising the ninth edition of E BIKE DAYS Munich powered by Burgenland with you! Together we will once again provide visitors with a great e-bike experience
- Booth at the EXPO AREA, individual booth messurements (Minimum size 9 qm)
- Sale of products is allowed

- Security – Basic Security on the area: Thu, Fri, Sat from 7 pm and 9 am
- Booking of individual stand security possible (the organiser assumes no liability for material & theft)

- Friday, 24 April, 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 25 April, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, 26 April, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Early bird rate until 22 September 2025: €85/sqm
- Standard booking rate until 19 January 2026: €95/sqm
- Late booking rate from 20 January 2026: €105/sqm
- 230 V power connection: €160
- 16 A power connection: €350
- 32-A power connection: upon request
- Individual night guard (7 p.m. to 9 a.m.): €650/night
- 6 March 2026 or as soon as all pitches have been allocated (later bookings are only possible in exceptional cases)
- Wednesday, 22 April 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, 23 April 2026, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, 24 April 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Stand dismantling may begin on Sunday, 26 April 2026, after approval by the EXPO manager (shortly after the end of the event). Access to the exhibitor area is also permitted after approval by the EXPO manager, usually approximately one hour after the end of the event. The dismantling of the stands must be completed by 12:00 pm on Monday, 27 April.
